Como profesionales de Consultoría en Responsabilidad Social y Sostenibilidad en las organizaciones y las empresas, nuestro propósito es actuar como promotores, inspiradores y transmisores de conocimiento que ayude a nuestros clientes a tomar decisiones atendiendo, a un tiempo, los intereses y necesidades actuales y futuras de la propia organización, de la sociedad y del planeta en su conjunto.

Por ello, nos comprometemos a:

Comportarnos de forma ética y con la máxima integridad. Nuestro comportamiento personal se regirá por la integridad y la coherencia con los valores propios de la ética y la RS&S.

Promover la integración de la RS&S en las organizaciones y las empresas, de manera que creen valor favoreciendo el bien común. Nos mantendrémos al día de los nuevos desarrollos que se produzcan en nuestro campo. Asimismo, y dado el carácter interdisciplinar, transversal y holístico de la responsabilidad y la sostenibilidad, promoverémos la colaboración, la búsqueda y la integración en este terreno de personas, conocimientos y experiencias provenientes de otros campos.

Evitar el conflicto de intereses en el ejercicio de nuestra actividad profesional. Rehuirémos, crearemos o promoveremos todo tipo de propuestas e iniciativas que nos lleven a ser juez y parte interesada. Asimismo, rehusarémos participar en proyectos que sirvan para maquillar, justificar u ocultar actuaciones contrarias a los principios de la RS&S.

Defenderemos los legítimos intereses de nuestros clientes manteniendo nuestra independencia y nuestro compromiso con la RS&S. Los principios y valores que guiarán las relaciones con nuestros clientes serán la confidencialidad, la honestidad, la confianza y el bien común.

Promoveremos que nuestros clientes integren la RS&S en su cultura, gobierno, relaciones, estrategia, productos, servicios y operaciones en general. En la labor con mis clientes les acompañaré en el proceso de integración de la RS&S en su cultura. Procuraré que, tanto sus actividades internas como las relaciones y diálogo con sus grupos de interés, sean coherentes con los valores de la RS&S.

Mostraremos en nuestras relaciones y actuaciones públicas el máximo respeto por el trabajo de otros profesionales de consultoría en RS&S. Defenderémos la práctica responsable de la consultoría y promoverémos la cooperación por encima de la competitividad.

Actuar como agente de cambio. Nuestra aportación a la RS&S de las organizaciones, además de asesorar técnicamente, buscará su transformación en aras del bien común. Asimismo, apoyarémos que el marco legal esté alineado con los principios de la RS&S y el bien común.

As a CSR consultant, my purpose is to act as promoter, inspirer and transmitter of knowledge to help my clients make decisions that meet, at the same time, the current and future needs of organizations, planet and society.

Therefore, I pledge to:

Behave ethically and with the utmost integrity. My personal behavior will be governed by the integrity and consistency with the values of ethics and CSR.

Promote the integration of CSR in organizations, in order to create value promoting the common good. I will keep updated on new developments that occur in my field. Also, given the interdisciplinary, holistic and cross-functional approach of CSR, I will promote collaboration, search and integration in this area of people, knowledge and experience from other fields.

Avoiding conflict of interest in the exercise of my profession. I will refuse creating or promoting proposals and initiatives that lead me to be both judge and interested party. Also, I will refuse to participate in projects that serve to mask, hide or justify actions contrary to the principles of CSR.

Defending the legitimate interests of my clients while keeping my independence and my commitment to CSR. The principles and values that guide relationships with my clients will be confidentiality, honesty, trust and common good.

Promoting that my clients integrate CSR in their company culture, governance, strategy, products, services and operations in general. I will accompany my clients in the process of integrating CSR in their company culture. I will see that both their internal activities and their external relationships, such as their stakeholder engagement, be consistent with the values of CSR.

Showing the utmost respect for the work of fellow CSR professionals in my consulting activities. I will defend responsible consulting practice and I will promote cooperation over competition.

Acting as a change agent. My contribution to organizations’ CSR will provide technical advice and seek transformation for the common good. It will also support that legal frameworks are aligned with the principles of CSR and the common good.
